Wayne Haack,CPA is the founding partner of the firm. Wayne earned his degree at North Central College and started the firm within a few years thereafter. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Clarence Haack, CPA earned his degree at Northern Illinois University and became a partner in his brother’s firm shortly after its inception. He is a member of the AICPA.
